Biographical Statement

Shuting Wang is an undergraduate student of polymer science and engineering from the Zhejiang University and currently a visiting student in the Institute for Molecular Engineering. During her previous study, she has completed the Student Research Training Program of Zhejiang University under the guidance of Pro. Chao Gao to prepare yarn supercapacitors for high-energy density and safe wearable electronics based on the graphene material. She is also going to work with Prof. Hongzheng Chen in the National Student Research Training Program about preparation of two dimensional perovskite structural solar cell.

Shuting’s research is mainly aimed at designation and synthesis of polypeptides and experimental determination of phase behavior of mixtures from oppositely charged polypeptides. She will focus on this program with the guidance of postdoctoral scholar Amanda Marciel.
